At PAID & CO we are fanatical about delivering amazing software as a service. We want all of our customers to love what we deliver, so we listen carefully to every question and suggestion, learning how we can change what we do to make it even better.
Since launching at the end of May we have made several improvements which some users will have noticed, you may have spotted some of the following enhancements to our system?
Reference number. You can now assign your own reference to any collection – allowing even easier transfer of data and reconciliation between systems.
Save for later. You can now set up a collection without sending the invitation text and email to go to the tenants.
Landlord simplification & Landlord upload. We have simplified the process of loading all of your existing Landlords onto PAID & CO so that setting up collections for properties which belong to them is even easier.
We made setting up a new collection slicker and faster.
We overhauled both the MI and Reporting to make them more aesthetic, simpler and easier to navigate. You can now easily access and view reports for any Landlord.
We are not finished; in fact, we feel like we’ve got lots more to do. Our ambition is to build a platform that our users love rather than simply like and cannot be beaten by any of our competitors.
So, the next question is; what developments are coming next?
Further development of user dashboards, with a laser focus on increasing the visibility of the payment status, presenting clear information so that our users can easily act upon delayed collections.
We are simplifying some of the common tasks even more, making tasks such as changing collection date and collection amount, quicker to achieve.
We learned that some Agents are setting up Direct Debits remotely. After the next release, you’ll be able to re-send the invitation if a tenant doesn’t respond the first time.
